The production plants were functionally designed based completely on Matsutani's own technology. The production lines were computerized at an early stage, permitting the total management of every aspect of their operations, and the final products are shipped to customers throughout Japan and around the world.

Maltodextrin Factory

Maltodextrin products made by hydrolysis of starch come in either liquid or spray dried powered form. Maltodextrins find applications in a wide range of processed and convenience food, principally as filler/carrier and as sweetness reducer.

Granulation Factory

Powered products granulated to a prescribed grain size by using fluidized granulation equipment, are used widely to improve the flowability and solubility of powdered products.
